Guy has been teaching for years in different capacities, mostly as a drum instructor at music schools like Goudse Popschool (where he worked for seven years), muziekschool Amersfoort (four years) and the Dutch School of Popular Music and Young Pop Academy (frequent substitute teacher). Guy also runs his own school, Popschool Heuvelrug, where people from around Utrechtse Heuvelrug can follow drum-, guitar- vocal- and songwriting lessons. He also gave lectures at Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg, and is a frequent substitute drum teacher at CvA Popdepartment, HBA and the Muzikant/producer department at the Albeda College in Rotterdam.
